Comedian Jon Stewart accused President Trump of the happiness of igniting fuses in the fiery anti-run protests across Los Angeles-which he called “our most flammable city”.
“I was in Los Angeles over the weekend taking a bbl from a famous doctor and quick questions for those of you living in the area – isn’t your city ever on fire?” Stewart withdrew Monday evening at The Daily Show.
Unstable protests in the city of Angels over the weekend led to dozens of arrests and setting up the National Guard as demonstrators set up Waymo driverless cars on fire and collided with law enforcement officials.
“Whether you win a basketball championship, a world series championship, whether you have a poorly exploded pinata discovery – congratulations, is a boy and an evacuation – or you are just protesting the expanded Trump administration raids, LA continues to be our most flammable city,” Stewart said.
He was torn in setting Trump with at least 2,000 National Guard members over the weekend, claiming to escalate the protests – the same argument made by California Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass.
Trump on Monday set up 2,000 extra troops and 700 marines.
These extensive deportation raids have created a “Tinderbox” situation in cities with large populations of immigration, and “Trump happily ignites the fuse,” Stewart said.
“Burning this weekend was the very predictable result of a liberal city based on a immigrant population that collided with a heavy-handed Maga Migrant-Trolling surgery seeking to hit his Brown Pokémen quota,” Stewart said. “Gotta Catch ’em. Yes, America!”
A recent raid by ICE officers at a home warehouse in Los Angeles, Stewart argued, went against Trump’s previous claims that his administration’s deportation attempts would first aim for the worst criminals.

“A home warehouse? From the worst from the worst to the home at home? Jez, ice, if you need help in arresting people, you know, those boys are looking for work, so …” said Stewart.
He called it an explosive struggle between federalism and state rights, border control and the right process and militarized cleansing and members of the zealous community-“United States Marines against the boy of the mail that brought you an egg sandwich.”
After flowing a clip of Trump -threatened protesters – saying “they spit, we hit”, a warning to anyone who spitted police officers – Stewart stated: “Mr. Churchill”.
Stewart also mocked Trump’s high assistant Stephen Miller, who reportedly demanded that immigration officials increase arrests to 3,000 a day, with a reference “Star Wars”, calling it “New Vader Lord”.
