Father’s day strikes a little different this year for Justin Tuck, the former team captain and the end of the New York Giants. This is the first holiday without his father, Jimmy Lee Tuck, who passed away in 2024.
“His presence was greater than his life, his wisdom was boundless, and his love for his family and God was steadfast,” the Super Bowl champion says. “His heritage lives in everything I do, in the lessons he went through to me and the way I raise my sons [Jayce, 15, and Jonah, 11]”
Retired NFL player, who is now a managing director at Goldman Sachs, tells Alexa that he and his wife Lauran work together to “introduce values as hard work, integrity and perseverance” in their sons. “Individually, I try to lead for example, telling them what it means to be a good man,” says Tuck’s Rush for Literacy Foundation co -founder. “Leadership is not about the loudest voice; it is about setting the standard through your actions.”
Some may say that Grad Notre Dame and Wharton is also a fashionable leader. When he is not in a fresh suit and tie, he has to do with a smooth fit. “I grew up on a farm in alabama, so comfort is king,” says Tuck, 42. “You will usually grab me in a pair of well-dressed jeans, a hood and sneakers. Nothing very glowing-is classic.” Here are the basics to get the look of the tuck – and untapped.
“My boys and I like to play college football 25 in our PS5. There is nothing better than sitting with them, the controller in hand and fighting it. It’s a mixture of trash conversations, connection and clean entertainment.”
“Michael Strhan’s collection is never lost. His costumes fit well, the fabrics are high quality and they work for everything, from business meetings to big events. My boys even love his costumes, which says a lot!”
“I run a Cadillac Escalade because it builds power, luxury and comfort. Whether I’m going to a meeting or trampling on my family, it gives a quiet journey with all the modern technology I need.”
“I love golf game and I love the Jordans, so this collaboration was a match made in paradise. The design is graceful, the convenience is in question and is a statement in or out of course.”
“I rely on my Apple Watch every day. With my schedule, efficiency is everything, and it helps me stay on top of my workouts, calls and messages. Whether I’m following my fitness goals or receiving memory for my next meeting, keeps me closed and productive.”
“I will accept it – my wife put me on this cleaner. She doesn’t know I’ve used her … so far! It is an extraordinary product – soft but effective, letting my skin feel clean and fresh without dryness.”
“I like to keep the simple things and Rhone’s light jackets are perfect for layering. Whether I’m traveling or just going for a casual day, their jackets are stylish, functional and comfortable.”
“My music in the country is the modern place. It tells true stories about trust, family or overcoming battles.”
“I have a deep appreciation for Petrus’s wine. Onhe one of the best wines of Bordeaux in the world – rich, calm and complex, deep fruit flavor and a very long finish. It’s not something that opens every day; it’s reserved for special moments when you really want to enjoy something extraordinary.”
“More than high quality workout clothing. Its’ it is a black owned brand with a mission, and that means something to me. Their parts are stylish, durable and built for performance.”
“This place is creative, bold and tells a story through every dish. Chef Kwame is a genius in the kitchen. My favorite meal is the SUYA short ribs made with short wagyu ribs, clove coco bread and red cabbage. The meat is simply melted in your mouth and is fragrant.
