Scott Jennings of CNN Rips Supreme Liberal Court Elena Kagan for hypocrisy all over the country: ‘Some of these people are really hacks’

CNN SCOTT Jennings’ conservative Pundit destroyed the liberal justice of the Supreme Court Elena Kegan as a partisan for opposing the elimination of nationwide orders – despite wanting to complete the practice when President Biden was in power.

Jennings called Kagan – one of three opponents in the decision of the Friday’s Supreme Historical Court that prevents the District Court judges from interfering on a president’s agenda – because previously and publicly clashing the widespread abuse of nationwide orders during a democratic presidency.

“I was trying to solve my feelings on this matter, and I came with a quota from a very smart lawyer, and I just want to quote it because I think she was right when she said,” the political commentator withdrew in the “Saturday morning table for five”.

“” It simply cannot be entitled that a district judge can stop a nationwide policy in its footsteps. “Justice Elena Kagan in 2022 said that, of course, when we had a democratic president.

“Just go to show you that some of these people really are hacks.”

Lefty’s law commented on a conversation of the Northwestern University Law School three years ago.

Kagan told the audience that “it simply cannot be entitled to a district judge to stop a nationwide policy in its footsteps and let it stop for the years it takes to go through the normal process.”

Jennings called the ruling 6-3 a “great day” for Trump after the awaiting Abby Phillips noted how orders nationwide have “were a kind of Shari’ah of existence” for Democratic and Republican presidents.

“I am glad they went forward and arranged it because it is not right that one of these individual district court judges can act as a king or a monarch and stop the elected president from acting,” Jennings added.

President Trump has been hit with at least 25 national orders for everything, from spending education policies and expulsion policies in the first five months of his second term in the White House.

Kagan’s liberal peers, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson, also voted along the ideological lines to reject the Supreme Court ruling.
